Refund and Cancellation Policy
In accordance with Russian law, refunds for digital services provided are not provided.
By purchasing a subscription to our services, you agree that:
Access to the services is provided immediately after payment, and the service is considered fully rendered from the moment access is provided.
Digital services are included in the list of goods that cannot be returned, in accordance with the RF Government Resolution of 31.12.2020 No. 2463.
Cancellation of subscription
If you want to stop using our services:
You can cancel your subscription at any time, further debiting of funds will be stopped.
The service will be available until the end of the paid period.
Exceptions
In the event of technical failures due to the fault of the company, which led to the unavailability of services, you can contact our support service to resolve the issue.
In case of non-receipt of the paid service, you can request a refund only by the direct purchaser of the service, and only in the same way that the payment was made - a refund to the card from which the payment was made. Actions required for a refund:
- Save the purchase receipt or electronic receipt/letter;
- Write an application for the return of the service to the name of the director, attach a confirmation of payment, send it via the communication channels specified on the page https://new.vimflat.ru/contacts
Within 14 days, we will refund you the money minus the actual costs incurred by the service for the production of the digital service.
The consumer has the right to refuse to fulfill the contract for the performance of work (provision of services) at any time, subject to payment to the contractor for the actual costs incurred by him in connection with the fulfillment of obligations under this contract.
